More than 100 children participate in our Children's Ministry duing Sunday and Thursday services on a monthly basis.  The children under age 6 meet seperately from our older children.  They have their own exciting bible lessons with puppets and fun hands on activities that allow them to color, paint, glue, etc...

Ages 7 and up enjoy interactive video lessons based on and 8-week series that teach children how to apply Bible concepts.  These videos provide fantastic animations, music, praise dance steps, and fun activities to reiterate the lesson.  An example is a recent series--Berry Blast Theme Park, which is a lesson of the Fruit of the Spirit.  The children really enjoyed the videos while learning about a  different fruit each week!

Future plans includea praise drill team where children will learn about the importance of praising God and drill techniques.  Our Sunday future plans include going way out with our themes.  For example, our next series will be "Shipwrecked" which teach children about giving second chances, encouraging others, putting others needs first...Since our theme is Shipwrecked we want to purchase things that can only make the children feel lik they are on an island i.e. palm tree, a lei for each child, island decorations and much more!

Parent volunteers are a great help to the ministry. We ask parents to volunteer in the ministry rooms one Thursday or Sunday every two months.  This allows the staff to participate in Worship Celebrations and Bible Study.  A great big THANKS to the parents that stop by to help set up or clean up the meetings.
