NewWorld Church worships on Sundays, at 10am, at the Villa Ballrooms, located at 3330 S. Dairy Ashford, 77082 (between Richmond and Westpark). We also have Children's Church every Sunday. For more information about Children's Church, click here: GENESIS. We do not hold Children's Church on 4th Sundays because that is our monthly Family Worship Sunday, and we all worship together, adults, youth, and children! We do Baptisms every 4th Sunday as part of our Family Worship Sunday. For more information about how we understand Baptism, click here: WHAT WE BELIEVE. To get information about being Baptized through NewWorld Church, contact Alida Washington: alida@thenewworldchurch.org, Clarence White: clarence@thenewworldchurch.org, Kefentse Risher: kefentse@thenewworldchurch.org, or Robert Johnson: robert@thenewworldchurch.org. We provide the Sacrament of Holy Communion every Sunday because we believe, according to the New Testament record of the apostolic church, that Holy Communion is the essential, identifying act of a Christian community of faith. We make Communion available to everyone, and we believe that through Holy Communion people encounter the grace of God that precedes our faith, changes our hearts, claims us as God's children, and grows us towards maturity in following Jesus Christ. For more about what we believe about Holy Communion, see WHAT WE BELIEVE. Our worship experience is intended to do 4 things: 1. Provide an opportunity for people to worship God freely, communally, and uniquely! 2. Provide a life-changing experience with Jesus Christ! 3. Provide an opportunity to connect with otherS! 4. Provide a "first-look" experience of who we are as a Christian community of faith!
Our Worship is noted for being inviting, energetic, passionate, Spirit-filled, transparent, and a perfect blend of "old" and "new"! Sunday messages are designed to encourage: commitment to Jesus Christ and engagement in service and mission. We want you to believe and act on your belief! For examples of our Sunday messages, see: SERMONS.
